All you have to do is sign up now as our customer - because you never know when you will need it, and when that happens you will have a technician at your home within a maximum period of 24 hours. If the problem cannot be resolved on the spot, or the estimated time for the repair is longer than 1 hour, the technician will collect the appliance. The problem will then be diagnosed and you will be informed of the repair quote within a maximum of 24 hours. When the budget is accepted, you will have the PC ready and at your premises within a maximum period of 48 hours.

When registering as a customer, you will have access to a telephone contact for a technician available from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. At no additional cost. The technician can come to your home/company on the day and time that suits you best.
